Late cycle selection of the “Broccoli di Bassano” cauliflower, which is positioned in the “overwinter” slot, once known as “marzolino” (i.e. for March harvest) The average weight of the heads is 350g and they are of a typical pale cream yellow color. Typical product of the western part of Veneto, known for its characteristic sweetness of both the inflorescence and in the leaves, which are also edible. Uniform variety, characterized by a marked late harvesting at the end of February and March. Belonging to the list of PAT (Traditional Agri-food Product) of the Veneto region.
