Faithful to the ecotype from Chioggia, in the Venetian lagoon. Uniform variety, characterized by crunchy leaves, which are green on the outside, and completely white on the inside. Big size, flat shape. It is mildly blistery, which allows a buttery texture of the inner part of the leaves, making it perfect for Venetian recipes made with savoy cabbage. High germination calibrated certified seed, free of Xanthomonas campestris pv. Campestris, Alternaria spp. and Phoma lingam. Both organic and conventional seed available.
