Purple savoy cabbage. Faithful selection of the “Veronese” ecotype, present in the countryside of the Adige river since the nineteenth century. Uniform variety, characterized by thick leaves that appear purplish on the outside and bright-green/yellow on the inside. Compact heads with a pleasant sulphurous and sugary flavor that lend themselves to various uses in the kitchen, especially for soups, risottos, flans and salads. Belonging to the list of PAT (Traditional Agri-food Product) of the Veneto region. Both organic and conventional seed available.
